Nature in its infinite wisdom has designed man’s body with the ultimate goal in mind: the propagation of the species. The body will do whatever it has to do to survive until, ultimately, it has exhausted all the resources it possesses. In the meantime…well, it will do just that.
Premature ejaculation really is the body’s attempt to short-circuit a man’s sexual act, telling him, in effect
“…You’re really not healthy enough and you don’t have sufficient sexual energy, so I’m going to put a halt to this whole process…”
And if you are a man, and if you are reading this, I’ll bet you must be wondering “…well then, what’s next?”
Well, brace yourself. Because what’s next is…Erectile Dysfunction, or simply put it, NO erection at all.
Wait! This is actually GOOD NEWS! “What good news?” you holler….!
Calm down. The good news is this: Your body is actually preventing you from a heart attack. Get out the champagne and celebrate! Your body has intelligently got you out of a bad spot.
In preventive and natural healing, any man who has premature ejaculation and who can’t get an erection, who says “I’m infertile..” or “I’m non-orgasmic…” should really celebrate – BECAUSE his body is doing its best to protect him.
If he were to engage in a sexual activity for 45 minutes or more, he’d probably suffer a case of angina pectoris or worse, die of a heart attack in the act.
Many men who do not exercise regularly (or not at all), think nothing of doing 45 minutes or so of vigorous (aerobic) sex once or twice a month. However, afterwards, they feel dreadful and wonder why it is so.
The truth is that a man needs to stay on top physical form in order to have good sex. Sex is a very physical activity as well as an excitable one that makes one’s heart (and body) work that must faster and harder.
However, for men who do no physical exercise or training at all, sex would be their one and only physical activity that they do once or twice a month. The odds are that they would not be very good at it and they would just be putting their bodies through strain and stress.
Many older men who just sit on their behinds reading newspapers, watching the telly, driving to their golf clubs in their fast, luxury cars, punching on their computers playing computer games and then expect to do 600 push ups wonder why they can’t do it – the push-ups.
